omg. it's super difficult to type now. coz i injured my left hand's middle finger today! got a deep cut near my fingernail, thanks to washin a knife for the event today. zzz.
i almost cried, coz i seldom cut myself, u see. and it's quite a deep one. blood oozing out plz! OMG. i totally dunno wad to do lor. the chefs super friendly and helpful. esp the one from Philippines. sorry, i forgot his name. he was depressed, i dunno why, but perhaps due to the broken piece of chocolate sculpture. he's sad, but he still comfort me lehz! super nice person. gave us his extra chocolate too!!! =DD
okie. btw, the event i'm now involved in is FHA 2008!!! Food Hotel Asia 2008!! and i'm helping out for the Asian Pastry Cup 2008, thanks to Miss Grace Chia! Pastry Chefs from 10 Asian countries gather and compete! =)
